Electronic signatures and a complete audit trail capture the information needed to ensure that you adhere to all regulations concerning access to safeguards information. The system’s advanced security protects safeguards information from unapproved viewing.

SSIS™ ensures that all required security screening elements are completed before a worker is granted unescorted access authorization. The required security screening elements, which are determined by the processing type, include background checks, suitability checks, fingerprint checks, psychological testing, and drug testing.

The number of workers selected each day is based upon the sampling rate established for your facility. The system has a two-way interface that can be executed on-demand for a given worker or in batch mode to upload and download information on a routine basis. The system automatically selects the workers for drug and alcohol testing based upon the testing frequency established for the worker.

The system allows you to establish rules that aid in the identification of workers who belong in your critical group based on your site-specific requirements. This feature automatically calculates and maintains the required reinvestigation due date for workers who are in the critical group.

SSIS™ is configurable to randomly select workers for FFD testing whom are being in-processed on an R30 application. If selected for testing, the worker can not be granted unescorted access authorization until the FFD test is complete.
